Alysha Cormack, Product Manager at ESPN, will be a guest speaker at Stratifyd’s town hall meeting this afternoon. She'll be sharing her experiences in product management within the sports industry.
“I’m thrilled that Alysha is taking the time to speak with our team,” Stratifyd CEO Derek Wang said. “She has an extensive background in web development, making it a great opportunity for our team to learn how tech is evolving in different industries.”
Wang invited her to town hall after learning about her background from her husband, Stratifyd Senior Account Executive Ryan Cormack.
She has been with ESPN for four years and is currently working on the company's website, mobile app, and various live and automated products. She works with their automated data providers to ensure applications, such as live scores, are running efficiently.
Since joining the company, she's played major roles in the redesign of the ESPN player pages and the creation of the Bachelor Fantasy League for the infamous ABC reality show, The Bachelor.
“I’m working a lot with live stats and meta data,” Cormack said. “I think it’s really interesting to see how tech is changing and how it’s incorporating into every industry, even sports.”
