Stratifyd Wins CATC Blue Diamond Cool Innovation Award

At the Charlotte Area Technology Collaborative (CATC) Blue Diamond Awards ceremony Thursday night celebrating the cream of the crop in the city’s tech scene, Stratifyd won the Cool Innovation category.

The Cool Innovation award is presented to an individual or company that demonstrates creativity, execution, and applied invention that addresses a new approach to an old problem, making a lasting impact in the way we work with each other.

"I'm grateful to be recognized for our innovation," Stratifyd CEO Derek Wang said. "We've come so far since we launched in 2015 and we're proud of the amazing strides we've made as a team. We’re a family, and our success is because of the efforts of every single person at the company.”

The Blue Diamond Awards celebration is the Charlotte region’s premier technology awards event. The awards position the city as an innovative tech hub. All proceeds from the event support the CATC’s mission to strengthen the region’s economic development by connecting businesses, education, and organizations to promote and grow a diverse technology community.

"Fostering diversity in the tech community in Charlotte is so important," Wang said. "Innovation and growth can't happen among a group of like-minded people. You have to give minorities and women seats at the table and let their voices be heard because when you do, incredible things happen. Charlotte is exploding onto the tech scene because, as a city, we've prioritized that very notion."

Stratifyd is constantly searching for ways to push boundaries in the customer analytics space. Looking towards the future, Stratifyd’s goals are to empower more enterprises to leverage AI as infrastructure and continuing to support Charlotte’s growing tech community.
