Scott Westmoreland has joined Stratifyd as the Regional Sales Director of the South.
“We're thrilled to have Scott join the team,” said Stratifyd CEO Derek Wang. “His diverse work experience and North Carolina roots bring a lot to the table and he will be an incredible resource for our customers in the South.”
Westmoreland has more than 15 years of experience in the Technology Sales industry and joins Stratifyd after time spent with CA Technologies and HP. He has a unique history with the Queen City. He began his professional journey in Sports Marketing, assisting with pitching the idea of the original Growl Towel for the Carolina Panthers.
When he’s not closing sales deals, you can often find Westmoreland on various sports fields with his four children or traveling with his family.
Westmoreland was familiar with Stratifyd before accepting the position, as he always had an interest in tech startups due to the fast-paced environment and the hands-on nature of the work.
“Stratifyd has allowed me to go after something more targeted, where you are building a very unique, niche product,” Westmoreland said. “You have the ability to really be innovative and flexible in the ways you can respond to the marketplace, which is all very attractive to me.”
Since joining the company, his goal is to bring focus to the South and to grow the Stratifyd brand across the region.
Westmoreland's favorite part about working at Stratifyd is the collaborative energy and the rich company culture.
