Stratifyd’s Top 10 Moments of 2018

As the year comes to a close, it’s natural to reflect on the events and achievements of 2018 to measure success and set goals for 2019.

We’ve had a pretty incredible year here at Stratifyd, so we’d like to share our top 10 moments with our partners and supporters.

1. We built and launched version 4.0 of our platform.

We strive to give our customers the best platform full of cutting-edge functionality to provide comprehensive, useful insights. So this year, we built and released version 4.0, which features faster time to insights, alerts, and case management capabilities.

2. We debuted predictive intelligence.

Also with 4.0 came predictive intelligence. Our customers can now use this to analyze call and chat transcripts to predict missing CSAT scores and have a more robust data set.

3. We helped one of our clients save millions.

One of our clients is a Fortune 500 auto manufacturer. Our platform was able to pinpoint the exact location where a manufacturing error occurred – missing resonator caps which prompted customers to complain of a burning smell. It was also able to isolate the model and class affected, allowing the company to recall only those specific vehicles rather than issuing a mass recall. This saved the company millions of dollars.

4. We helped a leading CPG company prevent customer loss.

The company released a new kind of toilet paper without a cardboard center, which was cheaper to manufacture and ship. Sales for the new product were through the roof and the company planned a huge inventory order to restock and prepare for the next wave of orders. But before finalizing, an analyst utilized our platform and found that the customer feedback was overwhelmingly negative. Customers said they were confused because it wasn’t clearly labeled that the rolls were tubeless, and said they disliked the new design. Thanks to these insights, the company let their customers know that their voices were being heard, leading to increased customer retention and satisfaction.

5. We signed some exciting new contracts.

We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to help new clients uncover valuable insights from customer data.

6. We’re also pumped about new partnerships.

We recently partnered with LivePerson and can’t wait to see the amazing things that come of this relationship.

7. We’ve gotten some incredible recognition.

This year alone, Stratifyd was named a Cool Vendor in Analytics by Gartner, one of Charlotte’s Best Places to Work, one of Charlotte’s 50 Fastest-Growing Companies, and our VP of Engineering was named one of Charlotte’s 30 Under 30.

8. We’ve brought several talented individuals on board.

Red Maxwell joined our Advisory Board, John Espey joined in a consultant role, and Chris Bahr joined as the Global Director of Customer Success & Channel. We’ve also grown to more than 50 employees this year.

9. We got involved in and supported the local community.

This year, Stratifyd formed a kickball team and, amid pulled muscles and strained joints, finished in second place for the season. We also began supporting local businesses by holding our monthly creative meetings at different coffee shops around town.

10. Lastly, we celebrated the holidays and an incredible year together like family.

To close out the year, we celebrated the holidays and 2018 at a local restaurant with tons of laughs, tacky sweaters, and love for our coworkers and the company for which we work.

We had a wonderful year and can’t wait to get back to work to raise the bar in 2019.
