Patricia Reynolds joined Mastercard in 2004. As a Principal Consultant within the Mastercard Advisors Data and Services Consulting group, Patricia focuses on Innovative and New Payment Products.
Patricia works with global issuers on the design and development of optimal payments operating infrastructures to include payment strategy development, payment channels and strategy execution. Her recent areas of focus include Real-Time Payments. Artificial Intelligence and Open Banking solutions encompassing IT and operational products and services.
Brad Wallace is a Principal in EY’s Digital Advisory practice where he oversees a team of user experience designers, visual designers, product managers, and digital strategists. He is also a leader of EY’s Customer and Growth offerings focused on experience design, product innovation, and distribution optimization. Brad is a board member of the Carolina FinTech Hub, an organization focused on advancing the FinTech talent pool and interconnectivity between FinTechs and large FIs. Brad is currently launching EY’s wavespace in Charlotte, the latest innovation center in EY’s global network of spaces where EY collaborates with clients to drive digital transformation.

Graham Clark is the founder and Chief CX Transformation Officer at Customer Results, a company which helps clients improve multi-channel experiences. He also holds leadership roles at McorpCX and inQuba and is a member of the Board of Advisors at Clickagy, which all hinge on the betterment of CX.
The last 10 years of his career have been spent focusing on evolving CX and approaching it from a science standpoint in lieu of art. This has led him to adapt his techniques to focus on data-driven, analytics-centric tools to deliver measurable business value.

Panel discussion with Technology Innovation Consultant at Eli Lilly, Anna Bergmann, Director of Channel and Enterprise Analytics at Ally Financial, Gene Kropfelder, and CTO Kevin O’Dell explain how they’ve become customer analytics experts and how the insights they’ve uncovered have benefitted their respective companies.
Anna Bergmann is the Technology Innovation Consultant for Eli Lilly’s Knowledge-Centered Capabilities team. She looks for in-house data sources that can be analyzed to bring the voice of the customer to business decisions within Lilly’s Medical Affairs group. Before she came to Lilly, she worked for 20 years in public relations and digital healthcare marketing, while dabbling in technical writing.
Gene Kropfelder is the Director of Channel and Enterprise Analytics at Ally Financial. Gene is responsible for developing the contact center and channel analytics functions for both Ally Consumer and Ally Dealers across all lines of businesses. In this role he is accountable for leading LOB efforts in creating, maintaining, and optimizing data in support of strategic analytics up to and including CX, call propensities, IVR integrations, campaign attribution, and modeling.
