This Privacy Notice for Canada residents serves to inform Canada residents regarding the information that Stratifyd, Inc. (collectively, “Stratifyd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in Canada (“consumers” or “you”). This Privacy Notice applies to data collection by Stratifyd and shall apply to your use of the website, www.stratifyd.com and other Stratifyd-related sites, applications, software, communications, capabilities and services (“Services”) accessible on or by any top- level Stratifyd domain owned by us (each, a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”). Information We Collect

There are some instances where PIPEDA does not apply. Some examples include:

- Provincial or territorial governments and their agents
- Business contact information such as an employee’s name, title, business address, telephone number or email addresses that is collected, used or disclosed solely for the purpose of communicating with that person in relation to their employment or profession
- An individual’s collection, use or disclosure of personal information strictly for personal purposes (e.g. personal greeting card list)
- An organization’s collection, use or disclosure of personal information solely for journalistic, artistic or literary purposes
